For the 4th year in a row, employees of The Provident Bank volunteered their time with Coastal Habitat for Humanity, a non-profit organization that brings people together to build and repair homes and communities. This year’s focus was on the “Aging in Place” program, which involves projects aimed at helping seniors with household repairs so that they may continue to live safely and comfortably in their homes for years to come.
Throughout the day, Provident Bank volunteers completed various tasks such as landscaping, power washing, weeding gardens, and cutting back trees and shrubs.
“Volunteering at Coastal Habitat is not only a way to give back to the community, but also an incredible form of team bonding,” said Stacey Vasta, Resource Development Manager, Coastal Habitat for Humanity. “A huge thanks to The Provident Bank team for taking the time out of their busy schedules to help build a home in Lake Como. We can’t reiterate how truly appreciative we are of those who help our partner families.”
