Effective 30 days after receipt of the notice, Provident Bank has updated the Terms and Conditions for deposit accounts. Please use the link below to review the updated Terms and Conditions. Here is a summary of what’s new:
- We’ve updated the provisions relating to the resolution of disputes to allow either you or us to elect binding individual arbitration of certain types of claims (pages 17-20).
