The Provident Bank Employees Volunteer at Community Foodbank of New Jersey
As part of National Volunteer Month, employees of The Provident Bank employees recently spent a day at the headquarters of Community FoodBank of New Jersey (CFBNJ). CFBNJ, the state’s largest anti-hunger and poverty organization, distributed more than 43 million pounds of food last year. Volunteers helped with labeling cans and packing food for the BackPack program, which provides nutritious food for children who face hunger over the weekend when they don’t get meals at school.
