The Provident Bank Named Main Street Sponsor®
The Provident Bank is pleased to announce the continuation of its Main Street sponsorship for the 33rd annual Musikfest, one of the largest and most diverse music and food festivals in the nation. From Friday, Aug. 5 through Sunday, Aug. 14, more than 900,000 people will make their way to Bethlehem with sights set on experiencing an exciting array of entertainment.
“Musikfest is one of the Lehigh Valley’s greatest events and we are very pleased to be back again this year as the sponsor of Main Street. Last year was our first time being part of Musikfest and it was a tremendous experience,” said Chris Martin, President and CEO, The Provident Bank. “Provident has a more than a 175-year history of commitment to our customers, communities, and employees. We’ve served generations of Pennsylvania and New Jersey individuals, families, and businesses, and we look forward to continuing our commitment through partnerships and other opportunities like this one. Also, we’re looking forward to enjoying some incredible performances and food.”
For the second consecutive year, Provident Bank is proud to sponsor Main Street, the festival hub in the heart of Historic Bethlehem’s exciting shopping, dining and entertainment district. Team members from Provident’s Allentown, Bethlehem and Phillipsburg branches will be onsite both weekends of the festival from noon to 7 p.m. offering entertainment and giveaways. The Provident Bank tent is located just south of Hotel Bethlehem.
Founded in 1984 by ArtsQuest, Musikfest features 500-plus shows by 340 performers on 15 stages over 10 days, in addition to 60 food vendors, 40 artisans and a diverse array of family programming including talented street performers, local artisans and crafts, visual arts, classical cabaret and a children’s Crayola Creativity Tent.
Admission to all Musikfest stages is free with the exception of Sands Steel Stage performances; tickets for all Sands Steel Stage concerts are on sale now.
