Rachwal Joins Provident as Assistant Vice President, Business Development Officer

Dana Rachwal of Bethlehem, Pa. has joined Provident Bank as Assistant Vice President, Business Development Officer.  In this position, she will be responsible for developing a formal prospecting plan, identifying and generating new business in the Lehigh Valley/Western N.J. market, and will work closely with businesses to meet their financial needs.  Rachwal will also be responsible for building a referral network of accountants, lawyers and centers of influence to source new business.

Rachwal has more than 20 years’ experience in financial services and most recently was a Business Banker/Relationship Specialist with PNC Bank, where she identified, sourced and developed loan, deposit, treasury management, and payment processing solutions for business customers in the Lehigh Valley.  Prior to that, she held similar positions with Santander Bank and Bank of America.  Rachwal earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bryant University, Smithfield, RI.
